To ensure a Legendary outcome, here is the JMan Productions operational framework:
• Collaborative Planning: I work in direct alignment with the Wedding Planner to ensure all logistics are vetted. If a Planner is on board, they and I will have already synchronized the high-level strategy to protect the day's flow.
• The Audio Architecture (Master Trigger Schedule): I own the definitive schedule for all audio-dependent milestones — including ceremony cues, microphone transitions (speeches), and choreographed dances. While wedding timelines are fluid, I manage the "Source of Truth" for every sound-based trigger. I will distribute this execution plan 72 hours prior; please align your capture/service cues to this master sequence.
• Technical Audio Feeds: I provide high-quality XLR and 1/4" line-outs for videography. To ensure signal integrity, please complete your technical sync with me at least 90 minutes before the ceremony.
• Operational Priority (The "No-Fly Zone"): During the Grand Entrance and First Dances, I am "heads-down" on the mix and MC execution. For any timeline adjustments, please coordinate with me during the cocktail or dinner service window.
• Shared Success & Reciprocity: I maintain a curated list of 'Preferred Partners' - vendors who consistently meet these elite operational standards - which I leverage to provide vetted recommendations to my future high-value clients.
