Whether you have a $100 budget or a $100,000 production vision, you deserve to know exactly what you are paying for - and more importantly, what you are risking.
Tier 0:
Not Recommended $100 - 1558: From making a splash at the Dre Beats Bluetooth Speaker Hot Tub Social headlining DJ Spotify, to an amateur aka Bedroom DJ making their break, Tier 0 talent is generally learning on your dime.
Pricing is typically a la carte. There's nothing wrong with menu pricing, but it does require more decision making & communication to understand if you're making the correct technical decisions.
The Tier 0 Result: This is Entertainment Roulette. You may get lucky, and, some do, but you should ask yourself one question before booking Any professional for your wedding: "Is this worth betting my/our wedding on?"
Tier 1:
Standard Issue $1559 - $1,999: This is a standard-industry, templated-performance choice, best suited for events where the technical requirements are straightforward and the environment is controlled.
Many-to-Most standard providers also operate on a "Base + Fee" structure. You may see a low initial quote, followed by additional charges for wireless microphones, dance floor lighting, travel, and "premium" sound setups. This creates a moving target for your budget and a fragmented technical standard on your wedding day.
The Tier 1 Result: You receive a by-the-book, safe-for-the-DJ routine, rather than one which pivots to the unique energy of your guests, as well as having a moving target for your budget.
Tier 2:
The Professional Steward $2,000 - $2,999: At this level, you are investing in Active Stewardship thus are able to move beyond the template-wedding script. Because the technical is guaranteed by tour-grade failsafes & veteran experience, I am free to both help consult with you on your personal/musical moments, complex arrangements, and secret surprises which help define the night,

You also get upfront pricing. I don't charge extra to do the job correctly; the "JMAN Standard" means the entire architectural scope is covered, so you never have to choose between your budget or your event’s reliability.
The Tier 2 Result: You aren't paying for a "template wedding" or nickeled & dimed fees:
